Job summary

KPI Recruiting in Manchester is seeking a dynamic Head of Supply – Education to own our Education Supply and Same-Day Cover function, build a high-performing team, and drive growth across the education sector.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for schools and academies, develop strategies to attract top education professionals, ensure safeguarding and compliance, and shape the future of our education division.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within Education Recruitment with successful placements, business development and lead generation.
• Experience supplying staff into schools and/or managing a same-day or short-term cover desk is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and grow a recruitment team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the education sector, recruitment market and talent landscape.
• Understanding of compliance and safeguarding requirements within education recruitment.
• Commercially focused and results-oriented with a drive to achieve targets.
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model leader, inspiring and hands-on.
• Own the Education Supply and Same-Day Cover function.
• Lead growth of same-day cover offering, initially in Manchester.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage education professionals.
• Build and develop a recruitment team; grow the function as the division expands.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, placing high-calibre education professionals into schools.
• Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with schools and providers.
• Ensure compliance, safeguarding and audits are managed to the highest standard.
• Drive sales performance and introduce incentives across the team.
• Support KPI Recruiting leadership to expand the education division and same-day cover model.
