Job summary

KPI Recruiting is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for its Education Division in the Manchester area. You will drive new business opportunities and build strong relationships with schools, academies and education providers to support growth of our same-day and education recruitment services.

With a focus on developing a robust client base and delivering tailored staffing solutions, you will collaborate with the Head of Supply and Education team to shape the division's

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or recruitment within education is valued.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and win new business.
• Strong networking, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities within the Education sector.
• Building and managing a pipeline of schools, academies, MATs and other education providers.
• Engaging with Headteachers, School Business Managers, HR teams and Trust leaders.
• Developing lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understanding staffing challenges in education and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Supporting growth of same-day and short-term supply cover offerings.
• Promoting broader education recruitment services across temporary, long-term and permanent staffing.
• Attending client meetings and delivering professional presentations.
• Negotiating terms with a client-focused approach to profitability and satisfaction.
• Meeting sales targets and managing your pipeline effectively.
