Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Hillingdon Grange, predominantly based at Upton Grange. You will deliver bespoke SLT assessment and intervention to pupils, collaborating with education teams and a multidisciplinary clinical group to support independence and progress.

The role offers a salary up to £53,200 DOE plus a £5,000 Welcome Bonus, 37.5 hours weekly, and a chance to engage in CPD within a supportive, research‑led

Qualifications

• Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience in Speech and Language Therapy within an educational setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Work within OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working and with education teams to support pupil outcomes.
• Hold a caseload with supervision and contribute to staff training and consultation.
