Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Hillingdon Grange. You will deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessments and interventions to pupils who may have developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs, working with the education team and following OFG Ways of Working.

You will manage a clinical caseload with supervision, contribute to staff training, and benefit from a £2,000 training allowance after probation

Qualifications

• Registered professional with valid UK license where applicable.
• CPD support provided to meet professional goals.
• Autonomy in managing caseload within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke speech and language therapy assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Collaborate with education teams to support pupils with SEMH and neurodivergence.
• Contribute to staff training and supervision within the clinical team.
