Educato Limited is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs in a specialist provision in Bury. You will work closely with the class teacher and support team to provide consistent, individualised support throughout the school day.

Role involves 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access the curriculum and develop communication, independence and social skills, while supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour.

Formación

• A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Childcare or a relevant SEN-related qualification.
• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN.
• Experience within a specialist or SEN provision.
• A calm, patient and consistent approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support pupils with a range of special educational needs.

  This is a great opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who is confident working in a specialist setting and wants to make a genuine difference to pupils with additional needs., A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Childcare or a relevant SEN-related qualification
• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
• Experience within a specialist or SEN provision
• A good understanding of additional needs such as autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD or complex needs
• A calm, patient and consistent approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a wider team
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
  £115+ per day
• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Full-time work in a specialist SEN provision
