Reed is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for a Brighton-based specialist school. You will support students 1:1, work with pupils with ASD, SLD, and PMLD, and gain rapid professional development in a supportive environment.

Daily Rate: £90 - £110 (depending on experience)

Work primarily on a 1:1 basis, supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), e.g ASD, SLD, PMLD and Emotional Behaviour.
Engage with children to facilitate their academic and personal growth.
Participate in a paid trial to demonstrate your capabilities and get a real taste of working at the school.
Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to create a positive learning environment.
Provide personal care and support as needed, ensuring the well-being and development of each child.
Experience working with children with SEN is advantageous but not required.
