Job summary

ITS Construction Professionals South LTD is recruiting a Project Manager to join their Winchester team. You will oversee education sector projects from inception to completion, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure delivery.

Ideal candidates will have strong project management experience in construction, with knowledge of procurement, budgets and programme control, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Delivery of new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of procurement and contract processes.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience in education/public sector advantageous.
• RICS/CIOB/APM qualifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage new-build and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
• Serve as main client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage programmes, budgets, and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate design teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Support clients through procurement and tender processes.
• Monitor progress, cost, quality, and programme.
• Lead project meetings and provide client updates.
• Identify risks and manage potential delays.
• Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule.
• Provide professional advice throughout the project.
• Collaborate with wider team of project managers and client advisors.
• Contribute to education projects across a varied portfolio.
