Qualifications

• You should have previous Project Management experience within the construction industry, ideally gained within a consultancy or client‑side environment.
• Experience delivering projects across a range of sectors and coordinating design teams, contractors and clients.
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of construction projects.
• Managing projects through pre-construction and post-construction stages.
• Coordinating and managing design teams.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients.
• Maintaining client accounts and strong working relationships.
• Overseeing contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Carrying out contract administration and documenting processes.
• Monitoring programmes and meeting key deadlines.
• Providing regular progress reports and updates to clients.
• Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting career development.
