Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking a Sales Development Executive to join a growing education sector business in Bradford. You will identify and develop new business opportunities within education, make outbound calls and build strong relationships with schools and education professionals, managing leads from first enquiry through to conversion and maximising opportunities.

This permanent role, based in Bradford (BD10), offers a competitive salary around 35,000 per annum, Monday to Friday

Qualifications

• Experienced sales professional with a proven track record generating new business.
• Confident with outbound calls and speaking with senior decision-makers.
• Commercially driven, target-focused and motivated by achieving results.
• Experience within education, schools, SaaS, technology, recruitment or another B2B environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities within the education sector.
• Making outbound calls and engaging with prospective customers.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with schools and key decision-makers.
• Understanding customer requirements and presenting suitable solutions.
• Managing leads from initial enquiry through to conversion.
• Following up quotations and opportunities to maximise conversion.
• Maintaining accurate records of calls, activity and sales opportunities.
• Working towards agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Developing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for further growth.
• Keeping up to date with market trends and developments within the education sector.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service.
