Wiltshire Council seeks a knowledgeable Safeguarding Adviser to lead improvements in safeguarding practice across schools, academies, independent schools and early years settings in Wiltshire. Qualifications

• Significant safeguarding experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and senior leader.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead improvements in safeguarding practice across schools, academies, independent schools and early years settings.
• Monitor the effectiveness of safeguarding arrangements and undertake annual audits.
• Analyse trends and produce detailed reports to inform service improvements.
