Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence (or currently learning to drive).

Responsibilities

• Source and support education candidates across Lincolnshire.
• Register new education candidates and build relationships with teachers and support staff.
• Advertise roles and proactively source candidates.
• Support schools with staffing needs across Lincolnshire.
• Learn from experienced consultants and grow into managing your own desk.
• Progress to managing your own clients and desk.
