Job summary

Aspire People Lincoln is seeking an Education Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established office. You will build strong relationships with schools across Lincolnshire and potentially Yorkshire, and drive new business development.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in roles that match their skills and aspirations. We offer uncapped earnings with a minimum OTE of 57k+, up to 20% commission, 48 days leave, flexible summer

About the Role

As a Consultant, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools across Lincolnshire (potentially Yorkshire, dependent on current presence)
• Drive new business development while nurturing and growing existing accounts.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing and interviewing high-quality candidates to placing them in roles that match their skills and aspirations.
• Specialise in your area of expertise - whether that be SEND, Primary, or Secondary education recruitment.
• Work alongside an experienced, motivated team, with guidance and mentoring from a manager committed to your success.
