Simply Education is looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Nantwich team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities

• Speaking with and registering new education candidates
• Building relationships with teachers and support staff
• Advertising roles and proactively sourcing candidates
• Supporting schools with their staffing needs across Lincolnshire
• Learning the market from experienced consultants around you
• Progressing, in time, to managing your own clients and desk
