TeacherActive is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-paced, people-first team in the education recruitment sector. You will manage a personal desk, develop new business with schools, source and place candidates, and build lasting relationships while meeting KPIs and contributing to a high-energy culture.

The role offers uncapped commission with no threshold and opportunities for progression, with a flexible balance of office-based work and after-probation home-working

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confident negotiation abilities

Responsibilities

• Developing new business and selling recruitment services
• Building relationships with schools and understanding their hiring needs
• Visiting clients and attending networking events
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
• Managing your candidate pool and database
• Meeting agreed KPIs and targets
• Working with sales and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding
