TeacherActive are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our energetic education recruitment team in the UK. You’ll manage your own desk, develop new business with schools, and place high-quality educators while working toward KPIs.

We offer a competitive salary (£34,000-£45,950) with uncapped commission, a structured training pathway, generous holiday entitlement, pension, and a strong culture of progression and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sales-focused role.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and sell recruitment services.
• Build relationships with schools and understand their hiring needs.
• Visit clients and attend networking events.
• Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates.
• Manage candidate pool and database.
• Meet KPIs and targets.
• Collaborate with sales and compliance teams for onboarding.
