Cover People is a specialist education recruitment agency connecting educators with schools across the UK. Based in Stockport, we are expanding our Greater Manchester presence and offering a warm desk with existing billing and uncapped earning potential.

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will manage relationships with schools, source and place candidates, and develop new business while working in a hybrid setup.

Based in Stockport, we are established specialists in temporary and permanent recruitment across Greater Manchester, combining a personal, relationship-led approach with innovative strategy, technology and modern recruitment practices.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for our next Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Greater Manchester team.

You ll take ownership of a warm desk with existing billing, established relationships and opportunities, while having the support and freedom to develop your own client and candidate portfolio.

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will:
