Cover People, a specialist education recruitment agency based in Stockport, is recruiting an Education Recruitment Consultant for the Greater Manchester region. You will take ownership of a warm desk with existing billing and establish relationships with schools and education professionals while building your own client and candidate portfolio.

You will work in a fast-paced, commercially focused role with uncapped earning potential, hybrid options, and a supportive team culture that values

Based in Stockport, we are established specialists in temporary and permanent recruitment across Greater Manchester, combining a personal, relationship-led approach with innovative strategy, technology and modern recruitment practices.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for our next Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Greater Manchester team.

You’ll take ownership of a warm desk with existing billing, established relationships and opportunities, while having the support and freedom to develop your own client and candidate portfolio.

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage and develop relationships with schools and education professionals
