Job summary

King’s College School Wimbledon is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to manage end-to-end campaigns, ensure compliant, high-quality processes, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. The role partners with hiring managers, oversees onboarding, and drives continuous improvement while upholding safeguarding and GDPR standards.

This full-time, year-round position operates on a 40-hour week, with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing, compliance and stakeholder management within an independent

Qualifications

• Experience of recruitment within a busy environment.
• Experience administering DBS checks, references, right to work checks and other employment compliance processes.
• Knowledge of safeguarding requirements and KCSIE is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns for designated vacancies, from advertising through to appointment and onboarding.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates across teaching and professional services roles.
• Coordinate interview processes, ensuring a professional and positive experience for candidates and panel members.
• Deliver seamless and professional candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and warm correspondence.
• Record and file all recruitment documentation to ensure compliance and consistency across all appointments.
