Job summary

Warwick is recruiting a Projects Coordinator for ThinkHigher to support day-to-day delivery, planning and oversight of projects with partners across universities, schools and local authorities. The role focuses on coordinating activities, data reporting and stakeholder engagement to improve access and participation in higher education.

You will work with a diverse network, contribute to communications, and help manage budgets and evaluation, while maintaining accuracy and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects with multiple partners.
• Strong numerical and IT skills with experience of spreadsheets, databases and financial information.
• Understanding of higher education and widening participation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery and oversight of ThinkHigher projects.
• Support planning, delivery and monitoring of Univenture, BLCK Space and Beyond Space.
• Contribute to communications, financial administration, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with universities, local authorities and partner organisations.
