Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Research Delivery Practice Educator to shape local health and social care research delivery across the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Research Delivery Network. You will design and deliver high-quality education and training, support staff to address skills gaps, and ensure competencies for safe, effective research.

The role partners with RRDN colleagues to drive workforce development, share best practice, and promote continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering education and training in health/clinical research.
• Ability to mentor staff and assess competencies.
• Strong collaboration with regional partners and education providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of research practice education and clinical skills training.
• Design, deliver and evaluate learning programmes to boost workforce capability.
• Provide guidance, mentorship and assess competencies of research delivery staff.
• Identify skills gaps and collaborate with partners on training solutions.
• Promote continuous improvement and uphold regulatory and sponsor standards.
