• Lead development and delivery of research practice education for the Agile Research Delivery Team.
• Design, deliver and evaluate learning programmes to enhance workforce capability.
• Provide mentorship and competency assessment to research delivery staff.
• Identify skills gaps and collaborate with partners to address training needs.
• Support staff development and facilitate formal learning interventions.
• Promote continuous improvement and share best practice across the region.
