You will ensure timely task completion and provide clear visibility of ongoing operations to senior management.

This hands-on role requires coordinating with students, universities, and agents, maintaining CRM integrity, and driving process improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily staff activities, attendance and performance.

• Flag and escalate serious issues when needed.
