Future 4 Me Team is seeking an Education Mentor to support vulnerable adolescents with their education needs at a Boston-based youth centre.

The role focuses on building 1:1 mentoring relationships, promoting re-engagement in education, and collaborating with local services to improve attendance and attainment. A flexible, travel-friendly schedule is expected to meet the demands of the role.

Formación

• Experience supporting vulnerable adolescents in education.
• Ability to develop 1:1 mentoring relationships and monitor progress.

Responsabilidades

• Develop 1:1 mentoring relationships with children to seek opportunities around education, training and employment.
• Advocate for children currently out of education to secure re-engagement.
• Collaborate with Children Services and education providers to support attendance and attainment.
• Complete reports and participate in meetings (progress meetings, reviews, TAF, CIN, CP, CiC).
• Travel and work in a timely and flexible manner to undertake duties.
