Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Deliver evidence-based EMHP interventions for children and young people.
• Identify those who require additional or specialist support and facilitate access to appropriate services.
• Work collaboratively with school and college staff to support identification and management of mental health needs.
• Build effective partnerships with education settings to improve access to mental health support.
• Promote integrated care by working across education and mental health services.
• Use professional knowledge to deliver safe, effective, person-centred support.
• Work within governance frameworks and seek supervision as appropriate.
