Dorset HealthCare in Dorset is seeking Qualified Education Mental Health Practitioners to work in North and East Dorset schools, supporting children and young people with mental health needs.

You will deliver evidence-based interventions, collaborate with school staff, and promote wellbeing under supervision, with a relocation package of up to £10,000. Right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualificações

• Accredited PGDip EMHP training completed with a recognised university.
• Right to work in the UK and visa restrictions noted.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver evidence-based interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
• Identify those needing additional or specialist support and facilitate access to services.
• Collaborate with school and college staff to support mental health needs.
• Build partnerships with education settings to improve access to mental health support.
• Promote integrated care across education and mental health services.
• Use professional knowledge to deliver safe, person-centred support.
• Work within governance frameworks and seek supervision as appropriate.
• Promote positive mental health and wellbeing with children, families and education staff.
