Deverell Smith Ltd requires a Part 3 qualified Architect to join an interiors-led, multidisciplinary practice in Central London. The role focuses on education and SEND projects, refurbishments, and adaptations, delivering coordinated, build-ready designs in collaboration with interior designers.

You will apply Building Regulations and life-safety considerations, working hybridly with flexibility between office and site-based activities, supporting a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Part 3 qualification required.
• Experience in education sector and SEND settings preferred.
• Track record in refurbishment and existing-building projects.

Responsabilités

• Work alongside interior designers to take concepts through to coordinated, technically resolved designs ready to build.
• Provide architectural input at every stage, reviewing and developing drawings and technical information.
• Apply Building Regulations, statutory requirements and relevant standards to ensure schemes are safe and compliant.
• Assess existing buildings and advise on refurbishment, adaptation and change of use opportunities.
