Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Part 3 qualified Architect for an interiors-led multidisciplinary practice in Central London. The role focuses on education and SEND projects, refurbishments and adaptations, combining interior design with architectural rigour to deliver compliant, buildable spaces.

You'll work with interior designers to produce coordinated technical drawings, ensure Building Regulations compliance, assess existing buildings, and mentor junior colleagues within a

Formación

• Part 3 qualified Architect with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in education sector, preferably including SEND settings.
• Refurbishment and existing-building project experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop technically resolved designs with interior designers for build-ready drawings.
• Review and coordinate drawings and technical information.
• Apply Building Regulations and standards to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assess refurbishment opportunities and adapt use of existing buildings.
• Support education and SEND projects considering accessibility and safety.
• Coordinate information with clients, consultants, contractors and project team.
• Mentor junior colleagues where appropriate.
