Job summary

Leicestershire County Council is seeking an Education Effectiveness Partner to join the Education Effectiveness Service. You will work with schools, academies and colleges in a defined area to promote inclusion, use of alternative provision and better outcomes for vulnerable children.

You will hold Qualified Teacher Status, have strategic programme experience and the ability to develop and quality assure initiatives, working independently and with sensitivity to regulatory duties in education.

Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status with DfE number and extensive experience working with schools.
Experience managing significant programmes or projects and strategic thinking at a senior level.
Ability to develop and maintain initiatives and quality assure their effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Implement national and local initiatives to promote and embed school improvement strategies within educational settings in Leicestershire.
Act as the point of contact for schools, academies, colleges and other educational settings in a geographic area.
Foster good working relationships to ensure the best possible education for children and young people, including inclusion and alternative provision.
