Job summary

Areté Learning Trust is seeking a professional, high quality HR adviser to provide efficient operational HR support across the Trust, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen delivery of HR services.

You will work with school leaders, offering advice, coaching and practical guidance to develop skills and capability, while coordinating recruitment and onboarding across our 11 schools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information discreetly
• Collaborative team player with leadership qualities and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, high quality & responsive operational HR support across the Trust
• Work alongside internal & external stakeholders to support effective HR services
• Support School Leaders to develop their skills through professional advice, support & coaching
• Support the efficient and effective recruitment of staff across the Trust.
