Redhill Academy Trust is seeking an HR and Recruitment Team Leader to drive a professional, compliant people service across the Trust. You will lead a dedicated HR and Recruitment team, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and ensure safer recruitment and KCSIE compliance while maintaining accurate employee records.

You will work closely with school leaders and operations teams to streamline processes, improve candidate experience, and deliver high-quality HR support across multiple schools
