E-ACT is seeking a motivated HR Business Partner to join our team, shaping people strategies across Midlands and Daventry academies. You will work with senior stakeholders to lead employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment and organisational development to support sustainable improvement.

The post involves travel between sites with a flexible approach to working across academies. 37 hours per week, 52 weeks, permanent appointment, reporting to the Head of HR within our national network.

Formación

• Experience in employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters.
• Ability to use HR data and metrics to inform decisions.
• Experience leading organisational change and workforce planning.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with academy leaders to provide expert HR advice on employee relations and performance issues.
• Lead and support restructures, consultations and workforce planning activities.
• Build relationships with senior leaders to implement people strategies.
• Support recruitment and retention initiatives across academies.
• Use HR data to identify trends and drive engagement and performance improvements.
