Job summary

Authentic Education in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to deliver a high-quality HR service across the Academy. You will support Senior Leadership and stakeholders, manage recruitment, payroll, and provide expert guidance on policies, procedures and employment law.

The role requires discretion, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment, with strong progression and wellbeing support within a collaborative Trust network.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is required.
• Proven generalist HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised with great prioritisation.
• Professionalism, discretion and integrity at all times.
• Proactive, flexible and supportive to school life.

Responsibilities

• Leading on recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensuring Safer Recruitment practices and Single Central Register accountability.
• Processing payroll.
• Advising on employee relations, policies and procedures.
• Supporting managers with absence management, disciplinaries and performance issues.
