Job summary

St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support schools and central team with expert HR guidance across employee relations and people management. The role involves advising Headteachers and leaders, handling casework, and ensuring compliance with employment law and Trust policies.

Knowledge of school terms is a plus. The role offers a salary band and excellent CPD, with opportunities across 25 academies in the Trust family.

Qualifications

• Provide expert HR advice across employee relations and people management matters.
• Support safeguarding procedures and Single Central Record maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and Trust policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to academies across employee relations matters (capability, disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, restructuring).
• Support compliance with legislation and policies, delivering pragmatic HR advice.
• Assist in monitoring the HR Service Level Agreement (SLA) and KPIs.
• Maintain safeguarding procedures and data accuracy.
