Responsibilities

• Create and refine sales collateral and messaging to support engagement with prospective learners.
• Design and deliver training programmes to strengthen sales capability and product knowledge.
• Establish and track performance metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration with internal teams to align enrolment processes with organisational priorities.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members across regions.
