Job summary

The Archdiocese of Southwark is seeking a Data & Insight Lead to oversee the collection, cleansing, and analysis of data across its network of schools and academies. This role focuses on delivering timely, accurate information to support school improvement, strategic decisions, and statutory obligations.

You will manage a small data team, promote high data quality and governance, and build confidence among school leaders in the information they rely upon.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a numerate/data/information discipline.
• Evidence of continued professional development must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection, cleansing and interpretation to identify trends.
• Produce clear reports, dashboards and visualisations for key audiences.
• Support school improvement and strategic planning with data-driven insights.
• Line manage and develop the data staff.
• Collaborate with Education Department and schools to meet information needs.
