Job summary

Inspired Education Group seeks a Senior Data Analyst to design, implement and optimise data mappings, ETL processes and data models across its global school network. You will deliver data quality, insights and dashboards to support enrolment, marketing and academic reporting.

You will work with SQL, Python, Power BI and Azure services, translating stakeholder requirements into scalable data solutions in a large, matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a data analytics role.
• SQL: expert knowledge with de-normalisation, time series and materialised views.
• Experience in a large, matrix organisation.
• Data visualisation with Power BI, DAX and Azure Analysis Services, with GDPR-conscious access control.
• Code or no-code ETL background, including data cleansing and data integrity.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, governance and master data management.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality, analysis and forecasting across school systems, supporting enrolment, recruitment and planning.
• Provide data-driven insights and Power BI reporting to improve marketing performance.
• Deliver analytics, KPIs and governance across the global school network.
• Build Power BI dashboards and executive reporting to show trends and performance.
• Collaborate with school, regional and functional teams to improve reporting and data tools.
