Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure candidates meet all standards for the education sector.
• Follow established processes to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
• Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct compliance checks including right-to-work, DBS, references, and employment history verifications.
• Maintain and update candidate records and documentation.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries efficiently and professionally.
