Norden Farm Centre Trust is seeking an Education & Community Engagement Officer to develop and manage a diverse education and community engagement programme across Norden Farm and Curve Venue.

The role involves fundraising, partnership with marketing, DBS-safeguarding duties, and budget oversight for school and community activities. It is a fixed-term contract through March 2028, with part-time hours (4 days/week) across two venues.

Qualifications

• Fundraising experience with grants from trusts/foundations, sponsorships, or public giving.
• Ability to plan and implement evaluative processes and final reports for education/arts projects.
• Experience providing financial information for audits and budget management.
• Experience safeguarding with DBS checks and safeguarding policy compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee wide-ranging education and community engagement programme management.
• Coordinate annual projects like Kite Festival, Lantern Parade, Quest Family Arts Festival.
• Manage school workshop bookings, community projects, and fundraising activities.
• Lead or support arts workshops during holidays and community events.
