Job summary

Susan's Farm CIO is seeking an Outdoor Learning Coordinator to deliver day services for adults and neurodiverse individuals. The role covers farming tasks, animal interactions and outdoor activities across both sites, with a focus on engaging participants and tailoring sessions to individual goals and needs.

Salary is £29,835 FTE with 3% employer pension and 32 days of annual leave (including bank holidays). Hours are 23.5 per week (Tue, Thu, Fri) with some flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver a programme of farming and nature-based activities appropriate to service users' abilities and interests across both sites.
• Build relationships with and understand individual goals, preferences and needs of service users.
• Ensure all service users are engaged and involved in activities.
• Listen to and proactively engage in conversation with service users, including at lunchtimes.
• Collect feedback from service users to inform service development and funding applications; take photographs.
• Cover other team members' sessions when required.
• Prepare equipment and spaces as required for sessions.
