Job summary

IRIS Software Group is looking for a Customer Migrations Executive to join our growing team. You will migrate existing customers onto our latest software solutions, guiding them from start to finish with a strong focus on relationship management and successful adoption.

With 1–4 years of relevant experience, you will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing role and work in a hybrid setup from our Manchester office, building trusted relationships and contributing to ongoing success.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years' experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management or a customer-facing role.
• Love building relationships and speaking with customers.
• Enjoy solving problems and helping customers achieve the best outcome.
• Commercially minded and able to identify opportunities to add value.
• Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of existing customers through their migration journey.
• Speak with customers to understand current processes and business needs.
• Recommend IRIS solutions to support the transition.
• Build trusted relationships and be the main contact throughout migration.
• Identify opportunities for product upgrades and additional solutions.
• Manage your pipeline and progress customers through migration.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services and Product teams to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Keep CRM records up to date and accurately forecast customer activity.
