Explore Learning Ltd in Swindon is seeking a proactive Centre Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors, grow membership and deliver outstanding service for families.

You will balance educational leadership with operational excellence, coaching tutors, safeguarding children, and building the centre’s local presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a learning centre or educational team.
• Ability to coach and develop tutors to deliver high-quality learning.
• Strong focus on safeguarding and creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Explore Learning centre.
• Coach and develop the Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences.
