East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust seeks a Front of House/Reception administrator to support the Education Centre's busy environment, handling telephone, email and visitor queries within set procedures.
The post holder will prioritise workload to tight timescales, manage the Education Centre room booking system and generate data for reports and governance purposes, ensuring rooms and resources are used efficiently.
To provide a comprehensive Front of House/Receptionadministrative service in the Education Centre.The post holder will work in a busy environment with frequentcommunications by telephone, e-mail and visitors. They willwork within set procedures. Guidance and advice are readilyavailable from members of the Integrated Education (Medical) team.
