Job summary

New Directions Education, part of New Directions Group, is seeking a Business Development Manager in Swansea to drive new school partnerships and grow market share across primary, secondary and SEN sectors. You will work with branches and the National Sales Manager to win new business and increase spend with existing clients.

You will be a sales champion, securing opportunities through a range of tactics, with a lucrative commission package and hybrid working flexibility.

Qualifications

• Extensive field sales experience within education recruitment or similar sectors.
• Ability to cultivate new business and convert leads to clients.
• Strong networking skills with schools, LEAs and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with primary, secondary and SEN schools.
• Collaborate with branches to identify target schools and opportunities.
• Engage with allocated schools to build and maintain relationships.
• Conduct sales visits to understand requirements and discuss services.
• Attend conferences and cluster meetings to access a wide audience.
