We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking an Education Advice and Support Officer to work under the Head of Virtual School to improve outcomes for our vulnerable learners.

The post will involve attending meetings, providing advice, and using solution‑focused approaches to overcome challenges, with supervision and in line with national and local strategies. Fixed Term Contract until 31/08/2027.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the Head of Virtual School and Access to Education to support improved educational outcomes for vulnerable learners.
• Attend meetings, provide advice, and use solution-focused approaches to overcome challenges affecting education, achievement and progress.
• Contribute to recording and reporting on development as agreed with the Head of service and aligned with national and local strategies/plans.
