Job summary

Hampshire County Council’s Virtual School invites applications for a Virtual School Education Adviser to improve the educational experiences and outcomes of children in care. You will lead training, support and challenge colleagues across schools, education and social care, develop high-quality PEPs, analyse data and drive interventions to raise achievement and inclusion.

This is a 12-month temporary post with a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with ability to lead on training and data analysis.
• Experience in planning Personal Education Plans (PEPs) and interventions.
• Ability to work with schools, social care and multi-agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead on training for colleagues and partners to improve outcomes.
• Develop high-quality PEPs and coordinate interventions.
