Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Media, Digital Technologies, Educational Technology, Computing or related field.
• GCSE Maths and English Level 2 or equivalent.
• Significant experience with digital learning tools and recording equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and development of new software and digital systems.
• Maintain, manage and troubleshoot recording, media and related equipment.
• Coordinate recording and management of practical assessments across curricula.
• Provide in-class technical support and pre-class preparation for teachers and students.
• Liaise with Quality Improvement, IT and curriculum staff to align with standards.
• Ensure compliance with UK GDPR, data protection and digital security requirements.
• Supervise student-led study sessions and contribute to digital skills development.
• Promote the department through effective collaboration with staff and colleagues.
