CCEP Edmonton site seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the People & Culture agenda, partnering with the Site Director and leadership to deliver a commercially-focused plan.

Reporting to the Director, People & Culture - GB, you will drive talent, inclusion, and labour relations across a complex manufacturing and distribution site, enabling sustainable people outcomes and change across the operation.

Qualificações

• Senior-level experience in People & Culture / HR business partnering.
• Experience partnering with senior operational leaders and translating priorities into people plans.
• Experience in employee and labour relations, including union relationships and collective consultations.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and deliver the site People & Culture plan aligned with priorities.
• Lead talent and succession planning to strengthen capability.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion at the site.
• Build constructive relationships with union reps and lead pay negotiations.
• Provide guidance on recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary and absence management.
• Lead the engagement plan and drive communications to show improvements.
