You will influence senior leaders, manage complex people issues, and drive engagement and change across Manufacturing and Distribution. This role is based on site in Edmonton and offers a comprehensive package.
Are you an experienced People & Culture leader who combines strategic thinking with a practical and operational approach? This is an opportunity to shape the people agenda at our Edmonton Manufacturing and Distribution site, partnering with the Site Director and leadership team to make a visible impact across the business.
Our Edmonton operations produce more than 160 million unit cases of drinks each year across seven manufacturing lines. More than 250 colleagues work across Manufacturing, Quality, Environment, Safety & Health and Engineering, with experience at Edmonton opening up excellent career opportunities both on site and across our other GB and global locations.
Reporting to the Director, People & Culture - GB Customer Service, Supply Chain, Labour & Employee Relations, you'll lead the site's People Plan and labour relations agenda. As a trusted adviser to the Site Director and leadership team, you'll translate our People & Culture strategy into practical, commercially focused plans that help us attract, develop, engage and retain the talent we need now and for the future.
You'll support an operationally complex Manufacturing and Distribution site, partnering across the business to respond to changing priorities and deliver sustainable people outcomes.
Experience gained in manufacturing, distribution or another complex operational environment would be helpful, and we also welcome relevant transferable experience from other sectors.
Success in this role will mean developing trusted leadership and union partnerships, strengthening the site's talent pipeline and translating engagement insights into measurable improvements.
You'll bring a proactive, collaborative and solution-focused approach, together with a strong service mindset. You'll be able to prioritise effectively in a changing environment, work across teams and remain focused on delivering the People Plan. Most importantly, you'll be motivated by the opportunity to build strong partnerships and make a lasting difference to our people and our Edmonton site.
Competetive salary, plus 10% (OTE) Annual Incentive Plan, Private Medical Cover, Sharescheme and Company Car (EV) or allowance, plus access to our extensive flexble benefits platform. We pride ourselves on being a Top Employer and Disability Confident Leader. We bring people in to our business to build lasting careers, giving you the space to grow, learn and thrive at CCEP.
