LexisNexis Legal & Professional in the United Kingdom seeks an Editorial Operations Manager to lead UK-based editorial teams and deliver authoritative legal and tax analysis at scale, integrating AI-enabled workflows.

You will drive operational excellence, set KPIs, and collaborate with commercial and technology teams to align delivery with strategic priorities across the UK analytics editorial function.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading and developing people in a complex operational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in law preferred or experience working with legal content
• Proven experience deploying AI in content or knowledge workflows and translating use cases into scalable operating models
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience using data to drive decisions
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through organisational change
• Strong organisational, process design, and project planning capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project management platforms
• Experience in publishing or content‑driven environments

Responsibilities

• Lead a UK-based editorial team delivering analytical content for Legal and Tax Markets portfolios.
• Embed AI as a core component of editorial workflows and guide the use of AI tools.
• Set, own, and communicate performance KPIs; manage dashboards and production schedules.
• Ensure content meets quality, timeliness, and completeness standards.
• Build cross-training and operational flexibility across UK editorial functions.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate team members with a focus on accountability and collaboration.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders and global operations/technology teams to align delivery with priorities
