Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX Group, is seeking an Analytical Editorial Operations Manager to lead UK editorial teams delivering authoritative legal and tax content and to embed AI into editorial workflows for improved quality, scale, and efficiency.

You will drive operational excellence, manage dashboards and schedules, and collaborate cross-functionally to align with customer and business priorities, while coaching and developing the UK team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading and developing people in complex operational environments.
• Experience deploying AI in content or knowledge workflows.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of UK editors delivering analytical content for Legal and Tax Markets portfolios.
• Embed AI as a core component of editorial workflows and guide AI tool usage.
• Set, own, and communicate performance KPIs; manage dashboards, production schedules and productivity goals.
• Ensure content meets quality, timeliness, and completeness standards and take action when performance is at risk.
• Build cross-training and operational flexibility across UK analytical editorial functions.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate team members, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders and global ops and tech teams to align delivery with customer priorities.
